*Rates per week:
  - Full Season (Mai - September/Christmas & New Year/Easter): €2500 
  - Out of season: €2100

 
*20% down payment at reservation. The balance is to be paid on arrival. In case of cancellation, the downpayment will be returned as follows:
If the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the beginning of the stay, the down payment will be returned in full. If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the date of the beginning of the stay, the down payment will be kept in full.
Deposit: a deposit of €500 is to be paid on arrival and will be returned within 3 days after departure depending on the damage found in the house.
Payment by PayPal (only for down payment at reservation), otherwise for all payments bank transfer, and/or cash

    - Final Cleaning (for a stay of less than 1 week there is an additional cleaning fee of EUR 250)

* Rate not included:

    - Electric vehicles. The nearest gas station/charging station for electric cars is in Dampierre sur Salon, about 5 km from Membrey.         There is no charging station in the villa. The sockets in the villa and in the garden are for normal use only and not for charging                 electric cars.  Ask to benefit from our package.
